Finally,PSK is over.im tired and so are the rest of the SPJs.
we've won.we've lost.we teared.we got high.we got injured.we make people injured^^.HAHA! we laughed.we make new friends.we cheered.we cursed.we were angry.we were happy.we stared.we got stared-.- we slacked.we got scolded.HAHA!Last but not least,we fought and we did our best.oh yea!

congratulations to all sunda medalists.for those who didnt win,try harder next year.im sure we can do it.3 golds,1 silver & 4 bronzes is a great achievement and a great start for us.

a note to all other silat groups: sunda will be back next year;stronger,bolder & fiercer!so beware!

i still remember before this picture was taken,i was lecturing amali about his weight.the team manager told me to check amali's weight and yea,he sort of got scolded by me because he freaking lost 6kg.how to fight like that?i was asking why he lost his weight etc,then suddenly solihin came with his nikon and i automatically posed for a picture.sempat siol.haha.when i think about it,it was funny though.HAHA!

okay,the weather is very unpredictable.i thought of going jogging and it starts to pour.i guess its time for to sleep instead:) hhaha!like seriously,i wanna snug under my blanket now.bye!

so if you watched the spain-honduras match,you should realised that fabregas didnt shave!i was looking forward to seeing him play and of course to see whether he shave those facial hair.pathetically he didnt!i dont like it.but suhana loves it.she can even say more hair,more luck.siak je.oi,suro dia shave la please.tk senonoh uh.HAHAHA!Villa miss penalty sey,and you say more hair more luck?rubbish!hahahah!

whatever it is,spain won^^

i've been really really busy with PSK 2010.i spend the whole weekend at jurong east sports complex.the weather was super hot,and damn the organisers for not switching on the aircon.the first thing they told us is they wanna save budget.nah,i dont buy that.but well,after some time they switched it on.wanna know why?because the VIP was coming.serious shit siak.and that was on saturday.then on sunday,they switched on the aircon but its only for a short period of time.bloody hell,we have to spend the whole day there without an aircon.worst still,there wasnt any fans st all.stupid organisers!

so on saturday,we had our seni competition!kur and iffah got themselves a GOLD for their pra-remaja ganda putri beating grasio and angkatan!baik!i was super happy for them.the guys,akmal and solihin didnt got any placing for their category which is remaja ganda putra.well,the main reason was because they ended their sparring super early.in this national competition,timing plays a major role.the safe timezone was between 2min50 secs to 3min10secs.its best if you can get 3 min sharp.unfortunately,their timing was 2min48secs and so they got deduction of marks.nevermind,can try again next year.

Ros too didnt win any medals for her remaja tunggal putri.chill ros,you getting a forth place and 2 points away from third is already a great achievement.futhermore,we only had 2 weeks of training.and as for wir and myself,we got third place for our dewasa ganda putri!woohoo~sumpah aku happy.of course uh,two weeks of training je joy.moreover,its a national competiton.yeay yeay!

so seni's done and now left with all the tanding matches.sad to say,all the guys are already defeated and now left with the girls to make our way through victory.kak aisha got defeated yesterday with saeidah;the well-known national player.And i have to say,i salute kak aisha for being super brave in fighting saeidah.although she knows that the chances of beating that national player is super low,she didnt gave up.in fact,she was tenacious during the fight.HAHA!

now,the ones who havent got defeated yet is ros,wir,kak ika and myself.we all will be fighting this weekend.kak ika and ros already reached finals beating grasio.they are that close in getting their gold medals.wir and myself must slogged our way through the semi-finals first.wish us luck okay.to be honest,im actually freaking out already.heh.

i'll be facing grasio in the semi-finals while wir will be fighting against angkatan.lets just hope we'll be victorious.tapi kalau kalah pon tkpe,yg penting opponent injured.thats our legendary motto!haha!

Karate Kid with suhana was awesome!like seriously,i wanna watch jaden again!haha.okay,so suhana was late.nasib baik aku cepat.so i went to buy the tickets first.heh.but luckily we went into the theatre just in time for the movie to start.phew~honestly,its a must to catch this movie.at least for suhana and myself la.haha!we totally enjoyed ourselves.in fact,im still high thinking about how fun and great the movie was.hehhehe.



just at look at jaden's smile!so cute right?and suhana keeps saying saying to me she cannot take it when jaden smiles.it makes her go gaga!well babe,not just you,im going crazy too.hahaha!everytime i look at his pictures,i'll keep smiling to myself.he's such a heart throb!okay okay enough about jaden.nanti alonso tahu,confirm dia merajok!HAHAHAH!

aniway,PSK is in 2 days time?oh man,thats fast.all the best to all SPJs okay.just do our best on that day.especially for the seni team.this is our first time taking part in seni category so let just test ourselves and see how good we are.like i've said,dont put high hopes in this competition.kita kasi drg tgok sikit je.just the desserts.next year,we give them the full course meal.but if we win,then alhamdulilah.HAHAHA!

okay enough.so,im having silat trainings every single day this whole week.all the SPJs are already very tired and shagged.but what to do,competition is this saturday joy.the only thing we can do now is to persevere and train hard.hopefully,it'll be something fruitful.im defintely training hard.sampai tangan semua lebam2 joy.haha.my arms are full of bruises and my back's out.baiikkk-.-i dont want all this injuries to be my hindrance in making my way to victory.like seriously,it does make a difference.aduh,sumpah aku stress.i've been asking mama and ayin to massage my back every day,but the pain still dont wanna go away.but nvm,im not putting high hopes on this competition.if we win,im sure gonna be contented.any colour will do.but if its gold,i'll make sure we go party right after the competition.hahah!

okay,i wanna take a nap now.i have silat tonight.wir's not gonna be there.so obviously i have to train for tanding instead of seni.i need to make sure i have enough energy because its gonna be really physical.

I've been spending my time at bedok to supprt fellow SPJs.so,rudi,kak ika and wir got themselves into finals!awesome!wir and rudi got golds however,kak ika got silver.oh well,watching kak ika's match can seriously bring your blood pressure up joy.we know kak ika's disappointed but fret not,every single one of us knows its kak ika's game and it wasnt fair.so what if she's sheik alaudin's daughter?not one person cheered for her.instead,every single person inside persisi was supporting kak ika.from sp silat team to np to ite.i bet her daughter felt aweful.her moral was down actually.we can see it from her facial expression.obviously uh,if everyone is supporting your opponent and hoping that u face a defeat,of course its super demoralising.HAHAH!but,PADAN MUKA DIA!haha.

so,rudi won PESILAT TERBAIK!congrats dude.we all didnt expect its you.haha.even you yourself was caught in shock.CONGRATULATIONS EH for winning a gold medal and pesilat terbaik!

if you are following me on twitter,you should have known by now that i F lost my voice-.- suara rock habis joy.and now,im actually down with fever.no wonder,just now when i was studying with the guys,my head was super heavy.but i continued to study though.haha!

term test is gonna start this coming week.wahhh,time flies super fast you know!oh well,right after term test,intensive training for PSK gonna start.we have to fill in the forms during training just now and i swear it was super kecoh.haha!some wanted to take part in seni and tanding.ada yg masok seni je.abe ada yg nk masok tanding je.aduh,kecoh la wey.haha!as for the old timers,obviously we are told to take part in both seni and tanding-.- oh man,gonna brush up on our fighting skills like real soon!because,the bloody competition is gonna start like in 2 weeks time.one thing i dont freaking like about persisi is that they like to do things last minute.competition in 2 weeks time,and we got the forms like a few days ago.sumpah iritating!

i've been doing a lot of thinking these days.

We were very very very close.but i realised as the years goes by,every single thing starts to fall off piece by piece.everyone starts to go to their own way.I've grown up with most of you guys and hell yea,you people are awesome.we've been through thick and thin together.we've even been in light of fame together.how cool is that? seriously,dont let other people come into our lives and snatch all that away.we are sunda because we are united.people knows us and they know how close knitted we are.just like my 4e2'08 motto;Strength through unity,that applies to us too and we have to uphold to that motto again.i dont want us to fall even deeper and realise that its too late stand back up again as one.not two but one team.

aniway,i got teased by my lecturer for having my waist injured-.- and i swear its not funny.haha,kidding,it was funny.he teased the way i walked.i know currently im walking real slow and i walk senget.but he didnt have to tease me right:(haha.but nvm,i'll take it as a compliment.tk semua org boleh jalan senget joy.HAHAHAH!

aniway,the pain killers that the doctor gave doesnt seem to work uh.masih sakit je.but it does make me real sleepy.or is it just me that is forver sleepy?hahaha!nah,i think its the painkillers.
