Outdoor training was goooooooooood!obviously we sweat a lot,but hey it was totally fun.so the outdoor training is on a fortnight basis.thank god.if its everyweek,confirm semua kurus joy.haha!kalau tk kurus,tak tahu apa nk ckp.after training,played a few games of futsal/soccer/monkey.best peh~at least we get to loosen up.HAH!

okay,so its the finals today.as usual gua mesti support spain joy.i've been spain's number one fan!oh well,what else can i say?haha!even if its not the world cup season,i still am and gonna be a spain's fan.my bitches should know.haha.i've been falling in love with the spainiards!haha.to think of it,im actually sad because its the last match.no more waka waka anymore.haha.
